If you Google Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty, (www.campaignforrealbeauty.com) you get something like 150,000 hits. That's because the stated purpose of the campaign is nothing short of asking society to redefine its vision of beauty from wafer-thin stick model to real women who wear a size larger than a 0. And that's causing a lot of talk.
Here's a great article from Newsweek that asks, "Are the women in the company's new ad campaign too big to sell beauty products, or have our minds gotten too small?"
